Our Mission

Building integrity and character are prime cornerstones of our program. Learning restraint, responsibility and self-discipline are included in our program. Over the thirty-nine year history of this organization, hundreds of recovering alcoholics and addicts have become whole individuals returning to society and to their families as productive citizens without the guilt, embarrassment and humiliation of addiction.

Some positive outcomes of our programs are:
* Creates an opportunity for our residents to build independent living skills .
* Learn job skills to become a wage earner.
* By participating in an alcoholism and/or substance abuse recovery program they regain their lives and become productive members of their community.
* As they work through our program there is great potential of reuniting with family and friends.
* Learning to live a healthy mental and physical lifestyle reduces the burden on the social services system.
* Attending group and individual counseling sessions will help them become better prepared to return to society.

We strive to provide a recovery program that is both comprehensive and of the utmost quality. Services are offered to all residents of the state, but focus has been in Kanawha and surrounding counties.
